Blue Commercial was founded 20 years ago with a clear vision: to offer a more direct and flexible approach to real estate. Our managing director, making the leap from a senior leadership position within a global real estate firm, recognised the need for a business that could quickly adapt to market conditions and prioritise client needs without hurdles of bureaucracy.

UQ Rugby Partnership
Our five-year partnership with the UQ Rugby Club is the clearest expression of who we are. Built on real relationships, not a boardroom handshake. It reflects our belief that investing in people, community, and the next generation of professionals is simply the right thing to do. Members of our team play, coach, and volunteer at the club. We provide career pathways for players transitioning out of sport. We also recruit from team sport backgrounds because we know the skills that win on the field, strategy, accountability, and teamwork, are the same skills that win in business.
